Chinese Lantern festival 元宵

Lantern festival 元宵 also known as Chap Ngoh Meh or Fifteenth Night,in Hokkien dialect mark the end of Chinese New Year as thousands of people thronged the streets to celebrate. All the people of all walk of life attended the celebrations. The festivities, which lasted over two hours, concluded with a loud spectacular fireworks and firecrackers, much to the delight of the crowd.
